What we are
Coventry-Wren Associates is a broad based consulting firm working within the aviation fire protection community, specifically in support of airports. Our premise is that airport safety has evolved into a complex set of operational mandates with monumental regulatory oversight. Airports and companies wishing to work with airports both need to have a thorough understanding of this regulatory and operational environment in order to be successful. Our goal is to develop a partnership with our clients to tailor programs and processes for individual airports or assist businesses that work with airports to invest in these facilities with the best possible return on that investment.
Who we are
Coventry-Wren is comprised of a central management core with a network of fire, emergency and other professionals in all walks of the industry. Coventry-Wren’s associates are recruited from fire/emergency service organizations as well as individuals from the business sector that are closely aligned with the aviation fire protection community.
Further, we have partnered with other firms to ensure that we can deliver assistance for a wide variety of questions and circumstances. From aircraft rescue firefighting training, to security and vulnerability assessments, safety management systems audits, emergency preparedness, airfield operational issues and much more.
This talent pool of professionals work to understand the clients’ individual needs and have a ready contact network in the industry that can deliver custom support back to the client, either in a business or training setting.
Coventry-Wren 's airport emergency response operations (A.E.R.O.) element is a bit of a departure from the typical training consultancy in that we provide a means to build a sustainable process for ARFF training that ensures continuing compliance and progress. We do this for airports through targeted initial assessments, designed solutions constructed by industry professionals and delivered in a package that is easily implemented.
Our network of active and emeritus professionals we can produce programs to achieve individual airport goals. With broad based designs around an airports' environmental conditions, individualized delivery and recurring assessments, Coventry-Wren is uniquely positioned to provide the airport administration an answer to the various tasks required to achieve regulatory compliance.
Business-to-Business
The Business-to-Business division is directed toward those companies that may wish to increase or make penetration into the airport fire protection market. Our staff can serve as the vehicle to orient them to the airport environment and initiate introductions to the varieties of individuals at airports that have influence or decision making authority.
Since we are contract and performance driven, we can assist in establishing a business or sales relationship at less cost than hiring, training and deploying a company’s own internal resources.
The airport business we assist the client in acquiring typically can set the stage for on-going relationships with that client that will outlive Coventry-Wren's participation. In order to assure that we indeed can achieve these long-lasting bonds of mutual benefit, we examine the business client’s commitment to a continued and progressive level of performance and quality in serving airports that inform how or if we associate with the client.
